Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the service will incur a cancellation fee of ₹99 / $5 (or as per your local currency or pricing).
This fee compensates our service partners for their time and travel.
If our professional arrives and you're unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts, it will be treated as a missed appointment, and the full service fee may apply.
You can reschedule for free up to 2 hours before the service.
Rescheduling under 2 hours may be treated as a cancellation depending on availability.
